These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ALZ Blood Test’s website and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. 2) Nature of Services (Informational Only; Not Medical Advice)
ALZ Blood Test is a healthcare diagnostics and education company. Our company includes a licensed medical practitioner at a medical practice, laboratory, or healthcare provider. Laboratory testing, specimen collection are performed by independent third parties.
All information provided through the Services — including educational content, test information, or updates — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health or test results.
3) Third-Party Providers
Following the result of your blood test you may consult with your private physician.
4) Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. If future features allow access for minors, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account and provide necessary consent.
5) Accounts & Security
You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and for maintaining it’s confidentiality. Notify us promptly at support@alzbloodtest.com of any unauthorized use or security concern.
6) Refunds, Cancellations, & Scheduling
Refunds for prepaid services may be available prior to laboratory specimen submission. Once a test is processed or a sample is collected, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to applicable laws and lab partner policies.
7) Communications & Consent
By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive communications related to updates, early-access availability, scheduling, and promotional information about ALZ Blood Test. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time.
8) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
9) Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information per our Privacy Policy. We require the laboratory and clinical partners to maintain appropriate HIPAA required compliance.
11) Informational Results & Limitations
Any data, information, or test results accessed through ALZ Blood Test are for educational and informational purposes only. Results may reflect early indicators of Alzheimer’s-related biomarkers. Do not make medical or treatment decisions without consulting a licensed healthcare professional.
12) Intellectual Property
All site and content materials (designs, graphics, text, and software) are owned by or licensed to ALZ Blood Test. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written consent.
13) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any third-party information or results.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALZ Blood Test and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or service.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflicts of law.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to participate in class or collective actions.

We may modify these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
