If you choose to proceed with testing, the blood test will be conducted by the clinical laboratory which we have contracted.

Limited information, (e.g. such as name, address) may be shared with vendors who assist with website hosting, IT support, data management, payment processing, or communications.

Legal & Compliance:

When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, Company, or others.

De-identified or Aggregated Data:

We may use or share non-identifiable, aggregated data for analytics or reporting.

4. Consumer Health Data (CHD) Rights

Residents of Nevada, Washington, Connecticut, and other states with health data laws may have additional rights to:
